Ham and Cheese Breakfast Bagel Sandwich

Serves 4

Incredibly easy and delicious!

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon butter
8 eggs
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
4 everything bagels, halved and toasted
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked
4 slices ham, cooked

Directions:

  1. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat; add butter and let melt. Add eggs, season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium-low and scramble eggs. Remove skillet from heat and divide eggs into 4 equal servings.
  2. Place eggs on bottom half of the toasted bagels. Place a slice of cheese, bacon and ham to each. Place the top half of the bagel on top and enjoy!
