Champagne Cocktails with Strawberry Puree
Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 strawberries, tops removed
4 shots orange-flavored liqueur
1 bottle champagne
4 teaspoons honey
Directions:
Combine strawberries, orange liqueur and honey in a blender. Mix until the mixture is smooth.
Fill 4 champagne flutes halfway with the strawberry puree mixture. Fill the rest of the flute with champagne.
