1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons minced green onions, green parts only, for garnish
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Combine soy sauce, orange marmalade, ginger and pepper in small bowl. Pour half of mixture into a container; cover and refrigerate. Pour remainder of mixture into a resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and seal bag. Refrigerate, turning bag occasionally, for at least 30 minutes up to 24 hours.
