Pepperoni Cheesesteak Pizza





Serves 6
Move over plain pepperoni, there’s a new pizza in town.
Ingredients:
| 1 package pepperonis, 8 oz., 8 oz. | 
| 1 package prebaked pizza crust, 12-inch | 
| 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese | 
| 1 onion, sliced thin, separated into rings | 
| 1 bell pepper, cut into thin strips, green or red | 
| 3/4 teaspoon salt | 
| 1/2 teaspoon pepper | 
Directions:
- Heat oven to 400° F.
 - Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add onion and bell pepper; cook until vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon, season with salt and pepper.
 - Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Add onions and bell peppers, top with pepperonis then cheese. Place in oven and bake in for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
