Shrimp Cocktail with Remoulade

Serves 12 

Incredibly flavorful and surprisingly easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup yellow onions, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped,green and white parts
2 tablespoons chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon horseradish
2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cayenne seasoning, to taste
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 pounds shrimp, cooked and chilled

Directions:

  1. Place the first 14 ingredients in a food processor and pulse until fairly smooth but with some remaining texture. Chill. 
  2. Arrange the shrimp on a tray or other serving dish and put the remoulade in a small bowl for dipping.
