Rate this Recipe

Serves 4

Simple, quick, and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients:

2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
4 flour tortillas
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Combine the chicken, cheese, onion, cilantro, and BBQ sauce in a mixing bowl. Toss together until well combined.
  2. Spoon a 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla. Starting at that end, roll the tortilla up, folding in the sides.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and bring to medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, place the wraps seam side down in the skillet. Cook until golden brown and evenly crispy, turning every minute or two.
