Roasted Red Potatoes with Garlic and Rosemary

Serves 6
The perfect potato side dish.
Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, finely minced |
7 red potatoes, skin on and quartered |
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
2 teaspoons dried rosemary |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place potatoes in a mixing bowl. Drizzle olive oil over potatoes, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary and toss in bowl until evenly coated.
- Transfer seasoned potatoes to a baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for 30-35 minutes.
