Ingredients:
1 tube refrigerated biscuits, 16.3 oz
8 slices deli roast beef
8 slices provolone cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 packet au jus mix, 1 oz
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a large baking dish with baking spray.
Separate the biscuits. Gently press down to flatten each biscuit to about double its diameter.
Place a slice of roast beef and a slice of provolone cheese on top of each biscuit. Carefully fold the edges over the filling to fully enclose. Pinch the seams to seal.
Arrange the filled biscuits seam-side down into the baking dish. Set aside.
Mix the melted butter, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
Generously brush the butter mixture over the tops of the filled biscuits.
Place the baking dish in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
Make the au jus according to the packet directions. Pour into individual bowls for dipping.
