Sriracha Mayo Tuna Rice Bowl

Serves 1

Spice up your regular tuna lunch.

Ingredients:

1 can tuna, 5 oz.
1 tablespoon sriracha
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
2 cups cooked sushi rice
Toasted sesame seeds, for topping
Sliced green onions, for topping

Directions:

  1. Squeeze and drain the liquid from the canned tuna. Transfer the tuna to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the sriracha, mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, and toasted sesame oil to the mixing bowl. Stir together until combined.
  3. Add the cooked sushi rice to the bowl. Stir until well mixed. Then sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds and green onions over top. Enjoy!
