Elderflower Spritzer

Serves 1

A fantastically simple New Year's cocktail.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
4 oz dry sparkling white wine
Sparkling water
Ice cubes
Lemon wheel, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Place a few ice cubes into a cocktail glass. Pour the elderflower liqueur over top of the ice. Add sparkling white wine and sparkling water. Gently stir together.
  2. Garnish with a lemon wheel and enjoy!
